ARTICLE 5Appointment of the members of the Advisory Committee

(1) Each Contracting Member State shall propose a member of the Advisory Committee who fulfils the requirements set out in Article 14(2).

(2) The members of the Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the Administrative Committee acting by common accord.
